Laren Blake

Laren Blake has an advantage over other agents in Southern Utah. She has deep familial roots in the area, a claim that not all Utahns can make. Her early family members were among some of the very first settlers of St. George and her great-grandfather also had the honor of receiving the very first building permit ever issued in the city of St. George. A passion for designing luxury living spaces and creating “home” for her clients runs in Laren’s blood. Born to luxury home builders, she learned firsthand about the fast-paced world of real estate and home building. Growing up, Laren spent many summers with her siblings helping their parents with odd jobs to earn their back-to-school clothes. Lessons like these were the foundation for her family’s strong work ethic and perseverance for achieving their goals.

Starting her career in real estate as a buyer’s agent in 2015, Laren joined a top producing team at Keller Williams where she learned the fast paced work of real estate. After a few years she decided to join forces and team up with her sister, Kylee Willard-Blake. Laren and her sister soon came to the realization that they couldn’t provide the level of luxury service they wanted to give their clients with their current brokerage, so they made the natural decision to join Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in March of 2021, a full-service brokerage known for their commitment to innovation and excellence.

Getting to know her clients on a personal level and learning about who they are and where they’ve come from is an important part of Laren’s work. This makes the buying and selling process personal and enjoyable, and not simply a business transaction. Specializing in all types of real estate, much of Laren’s business is in new construction, family resales, vacation properties and second/retirement homes.

Laren is passionate and curious. When she isn’t raising the bar in real estate, you can find her traveling, exploring the great outdoors of Utah, or curled up enthralled in a good book. A creative and open-minded spirit, Laren loves to experience new places, food and cultures, and try her hand at new hobbies ranging from jewelry making to gardening. Her love for the great outdoors inspires her to go on a sunrise hike every morning with her mother and dogs, Coco and Scott.
